Shuttle Q&A and Policy

Are Reservations Required?

Yes. If made at least 48 hours in advance, use our online reservations system linked from each shuttle service or call. If shuttle service is required in less than 48 hours, please call 928.226.7212 or 1.800.600.4006 during normal working hours to make your shuttle reservations. Departure times from either direction are required when reservations are made. However, changes can be requested. We will try to accommodate change requests, but cannot guarantee the change. Shuttle reservations are subject to availability, so make your reservations early since some shuttles sell-out quickly, particularly during holidays. Online reservations ARE NOT CONFIRMED until we contact you.

Walk-Up Customers.

Walk-up customers may be accepted only after reserved and confirmed passengers are boarded. If room permits, walk-up customers may pay via credit card or cash. Please have the correct change.

Payment Options.

Payment must be made in advance via credit card. Payment by check is accepted if received seven (7) days in advance of the reservation to ensure check conversion. Credit card info can be provided online or via telephone at 928.226.7212 or 1.800.600.4006.

Luggage Limitations.

Luggage space is limited, so pack smartly. We permit two (2) standard-size suitcases that weigh less than 50 pounds and do not exceed a 65" girth (length + width + height). Well-secured boxes are accepted in place of a piece of standard luggage. One carry-on is permitted if it fits under your seat secured for the safety of all passengers. Extra charges may be made for the following items:

1. Luggage over a 65" girth or over 50 pounds. $9.00
2. Additional standard-size luggage over (2). $5.00
3. Golf clubs. $5.00
4. Bicycles. $10 (fits on van bike rack)

Unaccompanied Minor Children.

Minors under 15-17 years of age may travel alone but must be checked in at departure by parents or legal guardians and must be met at destination by an adult. The child must possess a written notarized document signed by a parent or legal guardian giving Silver Spur the authority to seek emergency medical attention if deemed necessary by Silver Spur Tours and Shuttles staff. Sorry, we do not permit children under 14 and under to ride unaccompanied.

Does Silver Spur Shuttles Permit Animals?

Only trained service dogs are permitted.

Cancellation Policy.

Full refunds will be made for cancellations received with at least 48 hours notice. No refunds will be made for cancellations with less than 48 hour notice or for no shows. Cancellation notice must be made via telephone during standard working hours at 928.226.7212 or 1.800.600.4006.

What Shuttles Are Provided?

Presently, shuttles are available between Flagstaff and Sedona and between Flagstaff and Williams, Arizona. Shuttles are planned in the near future between Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon, Sedona and the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Phoenix, and Flagstaff and Phoenix.

Right To Refuse Service.

Silver Spur Tours and Shuttle drivers and staff reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and in the judgement of the shuttle driver, that passenger poses a threat to other passenger's safety. Silver Spur drivers further reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger that is loud and obnoxious to the extent that the enjoyment of other passengers are jeopardized. In such cases, refunds will not be made.
