Reservations and Payment
Reservations are required and are not confirmed until we specifically contact you with verification. Full payment is due when making the reservation. Credit card is preferred but checks will be accepted when checks are received at least seven (7) days before the scheduled tour to ensure conversion. If your reservation is not confirmed, payment will be refunded.
Departures, itinerary schedules and returns are approximate. Guests should be at departure points at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Otherwise guests may be considered as “no shows” with no refund. As a courtesy to all guests, when vans stop at attraction venues, return to the van promptly at times specified by your host. Synchronize your watches to local time.
Situations Beyond Our Control
Weather conditions and road closures could spontaneously exist that will require changes in tour itineraries. If such conditions arise during a tour, we will do our best to provide the most enjoyable experience possible, but refunds cannot be made.
The winter months are most vulnerable to Grand Canyon tours. We monitor weather conditions and potential road closures closely. The safety and enjoyment of our guests is a priority. We may cancel a tour with little notice due to bad weather and road closures. In those cases we will provide full refunds to our guests.
Baggage Limits and Responsibility
For maximum comfort of all guests, limit carry on bags. Bags must be of size to fit under vehicle seats or overhead bins. Bottled water and some snacks are provided on board. Guests are encouraged to bring preferred snacks. Limited refrigeration space is provided. Personal belongings are at the risk of the guest. Silver Spur Tours assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
All minors 17 age and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult who has written permission to seek medical treatment of the minor child. For the enjoyment of all guests and safety please monitor children. Child restraint seats (proper specifications) are required for children under 5 years-old. Children between 5 and 8 or other ages where the child’s height is 57″ or less. Guests must provide their own required restraint seats and booster seats. See Federal and State Laws.
Handicapped and Wheel Chairs
Our desire is making the tour experience as enjoyable as possible for guests with physical impairments. Although our vans have wide sliding doors and low step-ups, guests must be able to enter and exit the van with minimal assistance, otherwise companion assistance is required. All guests must be capable of sitting in vehicle seats. Fold-up wheel chairs can be accommodated, but automated wheel chairs cannot be accommodated.
It is customary to exchange seats at reasonable intervals, giving all guests an opportunity to share the best scenic views. Silver Spur Tours does not guarantee seating positions. Seats are available on a first arrival basis.
Due to liability, we do not dispense medications of any type. Be sure to bring own prescriptive and non-prescriptive medications. Each vehicle has limited refrigerated space for medications that require cooling. They must be in a secure package and properly identified.
Silver Spur staff may take photographs of tour participants. Guests grant Silver Spur Tours the express permission to use such photos for marketing, promotion and commercial use. Some photos may be put on the Silver Spur Tours Facebook page. Guests may download such photos for personal use. Guests may post their own tour photos. If a guest does not wish to be part of our photos, please let your guide know ASAP.

We Reserve The Right To Modify
Repeat guests should refer to the Terms and Conditions for any changes, additions and modifications.
Silver Spur tours is not responsible for cancellations of third party tours, jeep rides, helicopter rides, river float trips, all other tours not directly related to Silver Spur Tours, etc.
No Alcohol Consumption on Semi-Private Tours
Alcohol consumption is prohibited on all Semi-Private Tours for the safety and convenience of all guests. Silver Spur Tour Hosts reserve the right to refuse service to any guest that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs. In such cases, refunds will not be made.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on semi-private tours.
Immediate Tour Confirmation
Upon reservation and receipt of payment, private group tours are immediately confirmed if available. A minimum fee is applied for the first four (4) guests with a discounted fee for each additional guest up to a maximum of nine (9) guests. Private group tours may be customized to almost anywhere or our standard tours may be modified to fit the interests of the the group.
Fido Is Permitted
One dog is permitted on private group tours with a $25 cleaning fee.
Our vehicles are limo-rated which permits alcohol consumption. You must provide your own beverage. We ask that consumption be limited to the return trip home after the attraction portion of the tour is done. Please observe moderate use only.
Private Tour Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notices must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A full refund will be made if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. A full refund will also be issued, less a $50 fee, if cancelled before 10 full days of the tour departure date. Tours cancelled 5-10 full days from the tour date will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for tours that are cancelled with less than 5 full days notice from the tour departure date. Cancellations must be confirmed by Silver Spur Tours to be valid. If you experience a flight cancellation or emergency, lets us know so we may work with you. Any tours cancelled by Silver Spur Tours, for any reason, will receive a 100% refund.
