Tour Terms and Conditions

Tour Schedules Are Approximate

All indicated tour departure, arrival and itinerary times are approximate. Guests will
be reminded via email and/or phone call of all departure times. As a courtesy to
all passengers, guests are required to be at the departure point at least 10 minutes
prior to scheduled departure time. Otherwise guests will be considered as “no shows”
in which case refunds will not be made. Each tour makes scheduled stops at specific
attractions and points of interest. Tours must remain on reasonable schedule, so as
a courtesy to all guests, please return to your tour van by the exact times specified by
your driver/host.

Tour Itineraries Subject To Change.

Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions and other factors
beyond the control of Silver Spur Tours. Because of seasonal temperature
changes, some tour itineraries may be modified for the comfort of guests. Silver
Spur Tours reserves the right to modify tours, substitute stops and or attractions.
It also reserves the right to cancel tours and refund full deposits. Silver Spur Tours will not be responsible for overnight lodging or meals if weather or other unforeseen circumstances occur which are out of our control and we cannot get guests back to pick up points safely. Silver Spur Tours will only be liable for tour fees if we cannot get to the intended and beginning of the tour destination.

Silver Spur Touring Vans.

Silver Spur Tours specializes in small group tours and features the luxury comfort
of Mercedes-built Sprinter touring vans. All tours include its 8-passenger Mercedes
customized van with captain’s seats. The passenger seat next to the tour guide provides an extra seat and the 3 seat row in the rear brings capacity to a maximum of 8 guests. Due to safety concerns, the seat next to the driver does not include video viewing. Silver Spur Tours reserves the right to exchange vans and to implement rental vehicles in some unforeseen situations which may not be Mercedes, in the rare event this occurs there will be no refunds, however our guests may opt out and receive a full refund only prior to the tour beginning. No refunds once the tour begins, this includes using a substitute vehicle in the event of a vehicle breakdown. In some cases our Mercedes GL320 SUV’s may be used for groups of 6 or less.

Tour Reservations.

Reservations are required and are not confirmed until we contact you with specific
confirmation and full payment has been received. Make your reservations early since some tours sell-out quickly, particularly during holiday periods.

Changes After Reservations Are Confirmed.

Changes after reservations have been confirmed can be requested. We will try to
accommodate change requests if there are available seats on a different tour date
or tour time if available.

Tour Payment.

Full payment must be made in advance of a tour. We prefer payment via credit card,
but checks will be accepted if received a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the
scheduled tour departure to ensure check funds conversion. For your security we
will collect credit card numbers and information by phone during regular operating
hours at Mountain Standard Time which is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily Monday-Saturday.
Most tours can be booked 24/7 online at no additional charge.

Tour Cancellation Policy.

Private Tours; Silver Spur Tours will give a full refund with a minimum of
72 hours notice prior to the scheduled departure time and date less a 3% service charge for Private Tours. Credit card credits
will be made for those who paid by credit card. Those paying by check will be issued
a check refund. Cancellations must be made via email to Silver Spur Tours
at info@silverspurtours.com. No  refunds will be made with less than 72 hour notice from departure time unless the tour is cancelled by Silver Spur Tours for which a full refund will be made.
Non private tours; are non refundable unless cancelled by Silver Spur Tours for which a full refund will be made.

Minor Children.

Minor children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent, a
legal guardian or an adult who has written permission to seek medical treatment of
such minor child(ren). Some tours have minimum age restrictions. We encourage
family participation but expect that young children be monitored and controlled to
the convenience and enjoyment of all guests.

Child Restraint Seats.

Arizona law requires that a child under 5 years of age must be properly secured in
a child passenger seat restraint while in a motor vehicle, additional requirements based on weight and height may fall under such state laws. Silver Spur Tours must conform to that law. Silver Spur Tours does not provide child restraint seats.

Wheel Chairs.

Our vehicles cannot accommodate automated wheel chairs. Guests must be able to
enter the vehicle with minimal assistance and sit in the vehicle seats. Guest wheel
chairs that are of the fold-up variety may be accommodated.

Storage Limitations.

Guests are requested to limit bags to necessity items only. Bags must be of size to
fit under a vehicle seat or placed above in the overhead bins.

Snacks, Water Beverages & Lunches.

Natural spring water or bottled water is continuously available in the vehicle. On most
tours lunch is provided and included in the tour fees. Guests are encouraged to bring
their favorite personal beverages and snack items. Silver Spur offers its “Insulated Gourmet Bistro Bag” filled with
a wide variety of snack items at no additional charge. The high quality
insulated bag and water bottle is yours to keep as a souvenir of your tour.

Guest Etiquette.

Guests are encouraged to develop new friends and to share conversations to make the
tour a more pleasurable experience for all guests. It is customary to exchange
seating positions at varying intervals so that all guests can share the best views
from the touring van. Silver Spur Tours does not guarantee seating arrangements.

Silver Spur Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger that appears to be
under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and in the judgement of the driver/guide, that
passenger poses a threat to other passengers’ safety. Silver Spur drivers further reserve
the right to refuse service to any passenger that is loud or obnoxious to the extent that
the enjoyment of other passengers are jeopardized. In such cases, refunds will not be made and transportation back to their pick up point will not be paid by Silver Spur Tours, LLC.

Medicines.

Silver Spur Tours does not dispense any medications. Guests are reminded to bring both
prescriptive and non-prescription medications. Each vehicle has some limited refrigerated
space for medications that require refrigeration. All such medications must be secure in
a seal-able package and identified.

Other Terms & Conditions.

Guests are also required to read and agree to our General Terms and Conditions in
addition to those listed above.
